NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated December 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-015771-NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and JEFFREY KOZLOWSKI A/K/A JEFFREY A. KOZLOWSKI A/K/A JEFF KOZLOWSKI; SARAH C. KOZLOWSKI A/K/A SARAH KOZLOWSKI; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; SARASOTA COASTAL CREDIT UNION; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 3 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 33, BLOCK 830, 19TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
