NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated MARCH 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009-CA-018915-NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2005-6, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-6, is the Plaintiff and BRIAN CHARLES BERNARD; DEBORAH A. BERNARD ; AHSTON LAKES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. ; ASHTON LAKES NO. 8 CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. ; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GREENPOINT MORTGAGE, FUNDING, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT (S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on April 3, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 5503, ASHTON LAKES NO. 8, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2569, PAGE 2644, AS AMENDED AND PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 30, PAGE 12, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
