NOTICE is hereby given that the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, will on the 4th day of April 2014, at 9am at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, offer for sale and sell at public outcry to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following-described property situate in Sarasota County, Florida:
THE WEST 405.6 FEET OF TRACT 93, MISSION VALLEY ESTATES, SECTION B-1, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 7, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 38 SOUTH, RANGE 19 EAST,
SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
pursuant to the Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style of which is indicated above.
Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the foreclosure sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within 60 days after the foreclosure sale.
