Final Judgment was awarded on March 5, 2014, in Civil Case No. 36-2012-CA-054520 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING LP F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP, is the Plaintiff, and FAYE O. MITHCELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FAYE O. MITHCELL; MEADOWS EDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. F/K/A MIRROR LAKES; are Defendants.
The clerk of the court will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on April 4, 2014, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 25, BLOCK 230, UNIT 61 MIRROR LAKES, SECTION 19, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 148, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
