NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order of Final summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 28, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 36-2013-CA-052291 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on 2 day of April, 2014, at 9:00 a.m. at website: https://www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT 106 AND AN UNDIVIDED 1/23RD SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SAID TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF SANDY CIRCLE CONDOMINIM, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1045, PAGES 1903 THROUGH 1946, INCLUSIVE, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
