NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 5 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-051083 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, is the Plaintiff and Horace R. Morris, Angela N. Morris a/k/a Angela N.R. Morris, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , Lee County, Florida at 9:00am on the 4 day of April 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 5, BLOCK 149, OF EAST PART UNIT 23, GREENBRIAR SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 44 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, LEHIGH ACRES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 27, PAGE 37, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
