NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed March 5 2014, and entered in Case No. 36-2013-CA-050887 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., is the Plaintiff and Kay Williams, Fireservice, Inc., Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, The Unknown Spouse of Kay Williams, are defendants, the Lee County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes , at 9:00am on the 3 day of July 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOTS 19 AND 20, BLOCK 3249, UNIT 66, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 22, PAGE 2 THROUGH 26, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
