NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated March 7, 2014 and entered in Case No. 12-CA-054300 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., is Plaintiff, and JAMES R. SWINDLER A/K/A JAMES SWINDLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 7 day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
Lot 3 Less The West Half, Mackaboy Farms, Re-Subdivision, An Unrecorded Subdivision Lying in Section 8, Township 44 South, Range 26 East, Lee County, Florida and Shown in Official Records Book 579, Page 689, in the Public Records, Lee County Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
