NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Resetting Sale filed February 20, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-002143-WS-J3 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit, in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is the Plaintiff and DONALD R. JUTRAS, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 n/k/a TOM JENKINS are the Defendant(s), the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on APRIL 14, 2014, at 11:00 A.M., at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment lying and being situate in PASCO County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1606, EMBASSY HILLS, UNIT NINE, as shown on the map or plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 14, Pages 98 and 99, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE A SERVICE CHARGE OF UP TO $70 FOR SERVICES IN MAKING, RECORDING, AND CERTYFING THE SALE AND TITLE THAT SHALL BE ASSESSED AS COSTS. THE COURT, IN ITS DISCRETION, MAY ENLARGE THE TIME OF THE SALE. NOTICE OF THE CHANGED TIME OF SALE SHALL BE PUBLISHED AS PROVIDED HEREIN.
