NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004802 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MARK REPCZYNSKI; MELISSA CROY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK REPCZYNSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA CROY; FRANCES BECK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SAID PROPERTY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
