NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-004802 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MARK REPCZYNSKI; MELISSA CROY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MARK REPCZYNSKI; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELISSA CROY; FRANCES BECK; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; THE STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF COURT, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
A PORTION OF TRACT 383 OF THE UNRECORDED HIGHLANDS BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST 1/4 OF SECTION 7, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA GO THENCE SOUTH 88°54'06” WEST, ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SOUTHEAST 1/4 A DISTANCE OF 1314.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°00'06” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 3645.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 46°09'41” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 836.23 FEET; THENCE NORTH 58°28'17” EAST, 140.08 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE NORTH 45°14'33” EAST, 127.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 44°45'27” EAST, 350.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF THOMAS BOULEVARD; THENCE SOUTH 45°14'33” WEST, 127.00 FEET ALONG SAID NORTHERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE; THENCE NORTH 44°45'27” WEST, 350.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
TOGETHER WITH MOBILE HOME PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SAID PROPERTY.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
