NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 30, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2013-CA-002501, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC., GREENPOINT MTA TRUST 2005-AR3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-AR3 is Plaintiff and JOSEPH BOSOTINA; JOAN BOSOTINA; MICHAEL P. PINTO, SR.; ANGELA PINTO; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 26th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1482, AND THE SOUTH 3 FEET OF LOT 1481, JASMINE LAKES UNIT 8-A, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
