NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 4, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 51-2009-CA-011140-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Bank Of America, National Association, As Successor By Merger To LaSalle Bank National Association, As Trustee Under The Trust Agreement For The Structured Asset Investment Loan Trust Series 2005-1, Plaintiff and Joseph A Dube II, Trustee Of The 5116 Cc Trust Under Trust Dated 3/5/05; Anthony Tomassi, Et Al; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM, March 24, 2014 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
