Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, Case No. 13-CC-2852-WS/JU, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT C OF BUILDING 1208, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF EAGLESWOOD PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 1310, PAGES 1911-1962, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, PLAT BOOK 22, PAGES 84-86 AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO.
SUBJECT TO EASEMENTS, RESTRICTIONS AND RESERVATIONS OF RECORD, AND TAXES AND ASSESSMENTS FOR THE YEAR 2001 AND THEREAFTER.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. on March 27, 2014. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pasco.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
