Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of PASCO County, Florida, the Clerk shall sell the property situated in PASCO County, Florida described as:
LOT 46, BLOCK K, CHAPEL PINES PHASE 2 AND 1C, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 45, PAGES 43 THROUGH 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
and commonly known as: 6425 Pine Top Way, Zephyrhills, Florida 33544, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes., on APRIL 9, 2014, at 11:00 A.M.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
