NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 7, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-008680-ES of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWMBS, INC. CWMBS REPERFORMING LOAN REMIC TRUST CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-R2 is Plaintiff and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CATHERINE M. GREBE A/K/A CATHERINE GREBE, JOHN DOE, JANE DOE, LONGLEAF HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC. , CATHERINE M. GREBE A/K/A CATHERINE GREBE, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of April, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 36, Block 7, MEADOW POINTE PARCEL 12 UNIT 2, according to the map or plat thereof, as the same as recorded in Plat Book 38, Pages 90-94 inclusive, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
