NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2012-CA-000165-ES (J1) of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Creditors, Lienors, and Trustees of Mark E. Jones, Deceased, and All Other Persons Claiming by and Through, Under, Against The Named Defendant (s) are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Paula S. O'Neil, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash In an online sale accessed through the Clerk's website at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 a.m. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 20, 21 AND 22, BLOCK 196, IN THE CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, FLORIDA, AS THE SAME ARE NUMBERED, DESCRIBED, AND SHOWN ON THE MAP OR PLAT OF THE TOWN OF ZEPHYRHILLS, AS RECORD IN PLAT BOOK 1, AT PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
