A PORTION OF TRACT 135 OF THE UNRECORDED PLAT OF OSCEOLA HEIGHTS, BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS; COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF TRACT 134 OF OSCEOLA HEIGHTS UNIT SEVEN AS SHOWN ON THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE(S) 112 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA, FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID TRACT 134, SOUTH 89°28'30” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 435.60 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 00°58'23” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET; THENCE NORTH 89°28'30” WEST, A DISTANCE OF 435.60 FEET; THENCE NORTH 00°58'23” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 100.00 FEET ALONG THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE OF HILLTOP DRIVE AS NOW ESTABLISHED TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING THE NORTH 6.0 FEET THEREOF SUBJECT TO AN EASEMENT FOR DRAINAGE AND/OR UTILITIES.
and commonly known as: 10804 HILLTOP DR, NEW PORT RICHEY, FL 34654; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, on April 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
