NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 18, 2013 in Civil Case No. 08CA006400 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-1 is Plaintiff and JANE LOUISE BOHANNON, WILLIAM H. BOHANNON, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOW TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, TENANT #1, TENANT #2, TENANT #3, TENANT #4, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 2nd day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
