NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-006268 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein U.S BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR J.P. MORGAN MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-S1 is the Plaintiff and AGUSTIN LLOBART PEREZ A/K/A AGUSTIN PEREZ LLOMBART A/K/A PEREZ J. AGUSTIN LLOMBART A/K/A AGUSTIN PEREZ; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF AGUSTIN LLOBART PEREZ A/K/A AGUSTIN PEREZ LLOMBART A/K/A PEREZ J. AGUSTIN LLOMBART A/K/A AGUSTIN PEREZ; JACQUELYN ANN INDELICATO A/K/A JACQUELYN A. LLOMBART A/K/A JACQUELYN A. THAT PART OF LOTS 30 AND 31, BLOCK 20, SUBURB ROYAL, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 14, PAGE 11, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING WESTERLY OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE: FROM THE NORTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 30, RUN SOUTH 45 DEGREES 40 MINUTES EAST ALONG THE NORTHEASTERLY BOUNDARY OF SAID LOT 30, A DISTANCE OF 45.0 FEET TO A POINT OF BEGINNING; RUN THENCE SOUTH 37 DEGREES 58 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 43.0 FEET; RUN THENCE SOUTH 2 DEGREES 31 MINUTES WEST, A DISTANCE OF 100.58 FEET TO THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 31, WHICH IS THE POINT OF TERMINATION OF THE LINE HERBY DESCRIBED.
