NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 3, 2014 and entered in Case No. 29-2013-CA-010366 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE is the Plaintiff and TIFFANY ANN STROBL; HUNTERS RUN I HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A SIERA HILLMAN are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 05/27/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 4, BLOCK 2, HUNTERS RUN, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
