NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014 and entered in Case No. 10-CA-016645 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF BEAR STEARNS ARM TRUST, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-4 is the Plaintiff and THOMAS PRICE; SUZANNE PRICE; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; SOUTH COVE AT SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/22/2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
