UNIT NUMBER 404, RIVER OAKS CONDOMINIUM I, PHASE 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3615, PAGE 1906 AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3668, PAGE 1025 AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 52, AS AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 1, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
