NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated January 16, 2014 entered in Case No. 08-CA-011726 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC Bank USA, N.A., as Trustee of the Deutsche Alt-A Mortgage Loan Trust Series 2007-OA3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates is the Plaintiff and Christian Vera; Luz Vera a/k/a Luz T. Vera; Hampton Lakes at Main Street Homeowners Association, Inc.; Main Street Master Property Owners Associations, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 10th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK 13, HAMPTON LAKES AT MAIN STREET, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 106, PAGE 92 THROUGH 96, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
