NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 4, 2014, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-005318, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY, is Plaintiff and JAMES J. MALOTA; EVELYN M. MALOTA N/K/A EVELYN MARIE PERDUE, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 28th day of May, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 1 OF TIMBER KNOLL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
LESS: A PORTION OF LOT 12, BLOCK 1, TIMBER KNOLL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 68, PAGE 4, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING, COMMENCE AT THE SOUTHERNMOST CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE WITH THE SOUTHWESTERLY BOUNDARY, NORTH 56°33'01” WEST, 192.32 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERNMOST CORNER OF LOT 12 THENCE WITH THE WESTERLY BOUNDARY THEREOF, NORTH 00°15'06” WEST 12.02 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 56°33'01” EAST, 198.92 FEET, TO A POINT ON THE WESTERLY RIGHT-OR-WAY LINE OF TIMBER KNOLL DRIVE; AND THENCE SOUTH 33°26'59” WEST, 10 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
