Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated December 4, 2013 in Case No. 13-CA-6835 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which SOUTH FORK OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY II HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and SANTESE JOURDAIN and JEAN JORDAIN are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at the following website: http://hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00am, on April 23, 2014, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 6, Block B of SOUTH FORK UNIT 5 according to the Map or Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 100, Page 188 of the Public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
