NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 18, 2014 in Civil Case No. 12-CA-018752 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein M&T BANK is Plaintiff and RUSSELL WENG, RUSSELL WENG, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF RUSSELL WENG, WHISPERING OAKS OF TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., H.J. INGOLD, INC. DBA PAUL DAVIS RESTORATION TAMPA WEST, SUNSHINE BUILDERS OF TAMPA, LLC, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INC., AS NOMINEE FOR LIBERTY HOME LENDING, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2 N/K/A JOHN DOE, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1 N/K/A SUSANA VEGA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit No. A, Building 50, of Whispering Oaks, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16059, Page 616, and any amendments thereto, and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
