Lot 14 of URBAN TOWNHOMES, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 101, Page(s) 216, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
The aforesaid sale will be made pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-12890 now pending in the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
