NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 25, 2014, entered in Case No. 08-CA-023365 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Bank of America, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Randy L. Lape a/k/a Randy Lape; Carrie A. Lape; Randy L. Lape as Co-Trustee of the Lape Family Revocable Trust dated October 4, 2006; Carrie A. Lape, as Co-Trustee of the Lape Family Revocable Trust dated October 4, 2006; Unknown Beneficiary of the Lape Family Revocable Trust dated October 4, 2006; RHC Master Association, Inc. f/k/a RHC Maintenance Association, Inc.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 15th day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 72 IN BLOCK 28 OF RIVER HILLS COUNTRY CLUB PARCEL 15, PHASE II, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 82, PAGE 6 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
