NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2010-CA-005539 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EverBank, Plaintiff and Kenneth Ray Hunley a/k/a Kenneth R. Hunley and Marchel A. Hunley, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 8, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THE EAST 69 FEET OF LOT 24 AND THE WEST 2 FEET OF LOT 25, OAKBROOK WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 66, PAGE 2, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
