NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 19, 2014, and entered in Case No. 12-2247-CI-19 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon, as Indenture Trustee on behalf of the Noteholders and the Note Insurer of ABFS Mortgage Loan Trust 2000-3, is Plaintiff and Janice C. Burnett and Otto Burnett, are Defendant, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via an online auction at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 26th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 83, Wildwood Subdivision, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3 Page 17, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Street Address: 2611 13th Avenue South, Saint Petersburg, FL 33712.
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
