NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Unit 16, Building 7, of PARADISE SHORES GROUP NO. 7, a Condominium, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Condominium Plat Book 11, Pages 47-48, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3453, Page 312, and amended to add 7, filed in O.R. Book 3843, Page 109, and further amendments; together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 5286 81st Street North, #16, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33709.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 11, 2014.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
