NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 3, 2014, and entered in 08-010789-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC., is the Plaintiff and DIANNE M. CHESNEY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DIANNE M. CHESNEY; WACHOVIA BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on March 25, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK D, GULFVIEW RIDGE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGES 31 THROUGH 33 INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
