NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 12-013125-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., Plaintiff, and, ANTONIA R. BELANGER AKA ANTONIA R. SHELBY, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 3rd day of April, 2014, the following described property:
Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 6960-2B, SUNSET DRIVE, OF LES CHATEAUX, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 49, Page(s) 16-34, and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 5165, Page 563 et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
