NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2012-CA-012848 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Lou Segade a/k/a Luis Segade and Wendy Segade are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 207, BUILDING 20A, PHASE 2, WINDING CREEK VII, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 91, PAGES 10 THROUGH 13, INCLUSIVE, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 6203, PAGE 1659, AS AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 6325, PAGE 456, AND O.R. BOOK 6415, PAGE 1492, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
