Ballentine a/k/a Terry Ballentine, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 11, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF LOT 1, BLOCK 29, MAP OF TARPON SPRINGS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 78, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, THENCE RUN NORTH 82 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE RUN NORTH 68 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 65 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 68 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 65 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
