NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 13-003244-CI of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NA SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO CHASE HOMES FINANCE, LLC, Plaintiff, and, MILES, LIBERIAN, et. al., are Defendants, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 7 day of April, 2014, the following described property:
