NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 10, 2014, and entered in Case No. 09-005146-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, LP is Plaintiff and PATRICIA A. GRIMES; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF PATRICIA A. GRIMES, IF ANY; JANET L. ROCCO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JANET L. ROCCO, IF ANY; JOHN DOE; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR DREW MORTGAGE ASSOCIATES, INC.; WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 1day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 5124, BUILDING 21, WATERSIDE AT COQUINA KEY SOUTH, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 14741, PAGE 2148, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
