NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 31, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2011-CA-001145 CICI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE TRUST 2006-AR25, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-AR25 UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED JULY 1, 2006 is Plaintiff and SARAH C. STEPHENSON F/K/A SARAH C. PETERS; DAVID STEPHENSON; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS INC.; TROPIC HILLS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on the 2 day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 40.00 FEET OF LOT 2 AND THE SOUTH 30.00 FEET OF LOT 1, BLOCK A, TROPIC HILL UNIT-1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 57, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
