NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated January 29, 2014, entered in Civil Case No.: 52-2012-CA-004995, DIVISION: 07, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein EVERBANK is Plaintiff, and ANITA DENUNZIO WAGNER A/K/A ANITA WAGNER; FRANK STEFAN WAGNER A/K/A FRANK S. WAGNER A/K/A FRANK WAGNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ANITA DENUNZIO WAGNER A/K/A ANITA WAGNER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FRANK STEFAN WAGNER A/K/A FRANK S. WAGNER A/K/A FRANK WAGNER; WELLS FARGO; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
KEN BURKE, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m., online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on the 31st day of March, 2014 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 129 FEET OF THE WEST 90 FEET OF LOT 6, BLOCK 78, TOWN OF SUTHERLAND, AS FILED FOR RECORD MARCH 29, 1888 IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, OF WHICH PINELLAS COUNTY WAS FORMERLY A PART, LESS THE NORTH 10 FEET THEREOF FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
