BRIAN MARSTON, CAPITAL ONE BANK, MOBEL AMERICANA RO ASSOCIATION, INC., AND
UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION,

Notice is hereby given pursuant to the final judgment/order entered in the above noted case, that I will sell the following property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
A leasehold estate created by that certain Memorandum of Occupancy Agreement dated March 4, 2004, by and between Mobel Americana RO Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation and Brian Marston and recorded in Official Records Book 13413, Page 1148, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida and pertaining to the following described property:
Unit/Lot No. 680, Mobel Americana RO Association, Inc., a Florida not-for-profit corporation, according to Exhibit “B” (Plot Plan) of the Declaration of Master Form Occupancy Agreement recorded on recorded April 4, 1994, in Official Records Book 8617, Page 66, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida, legally described in Exhibit “A” attached to the Master Form Occupancy Agreement and incorporated herein by reference.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on March 31, 2014. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of the Circuit Court. Final payment must be made by 11:00 am EST on the next business day after the sale to the Clerk by cash or cashier's check.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
