NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered February 14, 2014 in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-013524 of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID SOTO A/K/A DAVID A SOTO , CRYSTAL DAWN DEWOLF F/K/A CRYSTAL DEWOLF SOTO, CAROLINA FIRST BANK F/K/A MERCANTILE BANK, DIV OF CAROLINA FIRST, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAVID SOTO A/K/A DAVID A SOTO , are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of April, 2014 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 25, Block 5, Largo Lake Villas Unit Three, According To The Plat Thereof, Recorded In Plat Book 56, Page 47, Of The Public Records Of Pinellas County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
