Condominium Parcel: Unit No. 1101, of Walker-Whitney Plaza, a Condominium, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Condominium Plat Book 150, Page 64, et seq., as amended by Condominium Plat Book 151, Page 53, et seq. and being further described in that certain Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15069, Page 341, et seq., as amended by First Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. 15891, Page 1663, et seq., and Second Amendment to Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 15981, Page 2139, et seq., together with such additions and amendments to said Declaration and Condominium Plat as from time to time may be made and together with an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto. All as recorded in the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
has been filed against you, and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action, on Gladstone Law Group, P.A., attorneys for plaintiff, whose address is 1499 W. Palmetto Park Road, Suite 300, Boca Raton, FL 33486, and file the original with the Clerk of the Court, within 30 days after the first publication of this notice, either before 04/14/2014 or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default may be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
This notice shall be published once a week for two consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
