NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 26, 2014, and entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-005171 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Nationstar Mortgage LLC, is the Plaintiff and Grand Venezia COA, Inc., Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Lehman Brothers Bank, FSB, a Federal Savings Bank, Tenant # 1, Tenant # 2, Todd Bradford, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 2nd day of April, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
UNIT 225, THE GRAND VENEZIA AT BAYWATCH, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THEDECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDSBOOK 14030, PAGES 1368 THROUGH 1486 AND THE AMENDED AND RESTATEDDECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14243PAGE 1040 -1145, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME TOGETHER WITH ALLAPPURTENANCES THERETO, INCLUDING AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMONELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, OF THEPUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
