Ruhl are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 1, BLOCK M, GULFVIEW RIDGE, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 71, PAGE 31-33, ACCORDING TO THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
