NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale, entered in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-018977 & 52-1998-CA-004579 of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Regions Bank d/b/a Regions Mortgage Successor by Merger to Union Planters Bank, N.A. as Successor by Merger to Magnolia Federal Bank for Savings as Successor to Magna Mortgage Company, Plaintiff and Laverne Pearson Hampton and United States of America are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on April 15, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOTS 13 AND 14, BLOCK F, SECOND ADDITION TO BELMONT, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 88, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
