UNIT NO. 2941-D, EASTWOOD SHORES CONDOMINIUM NO. 6, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS SHOWN ON PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 116 THROUGH 120, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, ALL IN ACCORDANCE WITH SUBJECT TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 5156, PAGE 271; O.R. BOOK 5148, PAGE 1514, AMENDED IN O.R. BOOK 5468, PAGE 1010; O.R. BOOK 5555, PAGE 1124; O.R. BOOK 5911, PAGE 1476 AND O.R. BOOK 6040, PAGE 534, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO.
If you fail to file your response or answer, if any, in the above proceeding with the Clerk of this Court, and to serve a copy thereof upon the plaintiff's attorney, Law Offices of Daniel C. Consuegra, 9204 King Palm Dr., Tampa, Florida 33619-1328, telephone (813) 915-8660, facsimile (813) 915-0559, within thirty days of the first publication of this Notice, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint or petition.
