NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 4th, 2014, and entered in Case No. 08-018202-CI, of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida. HSBC BANK USA, NA, AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF NOVEMBER 1, 2005, FREMONT HOME LOAN TRUST 2005-D, Plaintiff and PAUL EICHELBERGER; RENE EICHELBERGER; ET AL, are defendants.
