NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered January 30, 2014 in Civil Case No. 51-2013-CA-003608WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. AS TRUSTEE FOR FREDDIE MAC SECURITIES REMIC TRUST, SERIES 2005-S001 is Plaintiff and WILLIAM E. BERTRAM, SUNTRUST BANK, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF WILLIAM E. BERTRAM, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 24th day of March, 2014 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Tract No. 1879 in the Highlands: Commencing at the Northeast corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 1, Township 24 South, Range 17 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence N.8957`45”W. along the North line of said Section 1 a distance of 1105.75 feet; thence go S.1027`08”E. a distance of 571.41 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue S.1027`08”E. a distance of 162.64 feet; thence go S.8952`35”W. a distance of 315.11 feet; thence go N.1027`08”W. a distance of 162.64 feet; thence go N.8952`35”E. a distance of 315.11 feet to the point of beginning.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
