NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated ***, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-6664-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BR1, is Plaintiff, and Angelo Lozada, Beacon Square Civic Association, Inc. and Judy Lozada, are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 19th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2005, Beacon Square, Unit 17, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 39, Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Property Address: 4045 Stratfield Dr. , New Port Richey, FL 34652
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
