NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2014, and entered in Case No. 51-2012-CA-005142 WS, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and STEVEN CHALLIS; JESSICA CHALLIS; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 11:00 A.M., on the 20th day of March, 2014, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF SECTION 12, TOWNSHIP 24 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA; GO THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES, 51'46” EAST, ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF SAID SECTION 12, A DISTANCE OF 1,283.20 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 1,013.03 FEET; THENCE WEST A DISTANCE OF 504.56 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE WEST A DISTANCE OF 224.45 FEET; THENCE SOUTH A DISTANCE OF 223.37 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 86 DEGREES 16'51” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 25.00 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 05'54” EAST, A DISTANCE OF 199.52 FEET; THENCE NORTH A DISTANCE OF 228.14 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
